Shipping & Delivery Policy

At True Couture, every order is inspected, packed, and shipped with care. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, shipping fees, and international fulfillment terms.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Orders placed after our daily order cut-off may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Locations

Orders may ship from our selected fulfillment partners in the United States, Hong Kong, Mainland China, or other regional logistics hubs depending on product availability and your delivery destination.

We select the most suitable fulfillment location available for your order so that it can be delivered as efficiently as possible.

Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, transit time usually takes 5 to 8 business days.

Estimated total delivery time is usually 8 to 10 business days from the date your order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, peak holiday periods, weather, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

For United States orders:

Orders over $149 qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders under $149 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $19.

The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Tracking is included with every True Couture purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply depending on your country’s rules.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

True Couture is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@true-couture.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@true-couture.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the issue and work with the carrier or fulfillment partner to help resolve it.

Delivery Refusal or Failed Delivery

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, reshipping costs, or any non-refundable carrier fees.
