How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. After shipment, transit usually takes 7 to 12 business days. Estimated total delivery time is usually 8 to 15 business days from the date your order is placed.United States orders over $149 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $149 have a flat-rate shipping fee of $19.Tracking is included with every order and will be sent by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — if we can ship to your country, you’ll see the option at checkout.
Where do you ship from?
Orders may ship from our selected fulfillment partners in the United States, Mainland China, or other regional logistics hubs depending on inventory availability and delivery destination. The exact delivery estimate and any available shipping options are shown at checkout before payment.
Will I need to pay duties or import fees?
Sometimes. If your country applies import fees, they’re set by local customs and paid by the customer. (We wish we controlled it — we don’t.)
My tracking isn’t updating — is something wrong?
Usually not. Some carriers take 24–72 hours to show the first scan. If it hasn’t updated after that, email us and we’ll look into it.
It says “delivered” but I don’t see my package.
Please check mailrooms/front desks, neighbors, and safe drop spots first. If it still hasn’t shown up after 24 hours, message us — we’ll help you take the next steps.
Can I change my address or cancel?
If you catch us before it ships, we’ll do our best. Once the order is in motion, changes aren’t always possible — but email us fast and we’ll try.

What’s your return policy?
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all packaging/components included. All returns require approval first.
Are returns free?
For non-defect returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and it may involve international return shipping depending on where your order was fulfilled.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@true-couture.com with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll reply with approval status and instructions.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Email us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. If it’s verified as a defect/damage, we’ll offer a clear resolution (refund/replace/repair option depending on availability).
When will I get my refund?
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds typically process within 14 business days. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post it.

Yes — every order is packaged carefully to protect the shape and finish in transit.
Can I send it as a gift?
Of course. You can ship directly to the recipient. If you want to include a note, leave it in order notes or email us right after checkout.
